How to see sent follow request on Instagram
1) In the first step open the Instagram app & go to your profile section & here tap on the Hamburger icon.
2) Here tap on the “Your activity” option.
3) Now scroll down & tap on the “Download Your Information” option at the last.
4) On this page, enter your email if don’t have it already & tap on the “Request Download” button. After that, it’ll ask for your Instagram password for confirmation & then send you an email with your Instagram data.
5) As you get the mail then open it & tap on the “Download Information” button at the bottom.
6) This link will open up in your browser, after that, it may ask you to log in & then tap on the “Download Information” button at the bottom.
7) As your Instagram information got downloaded then go to your file manager & go to the Download folder. The downloaded file will be in a zip format so tap on it to extract it.
8) Now simply extract this file.
9) Now open the extracted folder.
10) Here scroll down & open the “followers_and_following” folder.
11) In the followers_and_following folder, tap on the “pending_follow_requests.html” file. As an HTML file so you can open it with Google chrome.
12) As it opens up, you’ll be able to see the list of “who you’ve requested to follow on Instagram & on which date”. Simply tap username & it’ll open up on your Instagram.
13) Now here simply tap on the Requested button to cancel the sent follow request. In this way, you can cancel all sent follow requests on Instagram.
