1. Omojis

Let’s start this article with Omojis, which is similar to the Memoji feature we got in apple iOS. For this go to settings and here, tap on your account at the top. Now at the top right corner, you’ll get the option of Omoji edit. If you tap on it then you’ll be able to make & customize it. It’ll use your camera to make your personal Omojis. After creating it, if you tap on ‘Use Omojis’ then you’ll be able to use it as a profile photo & profile cover.

2. Always on Display

To enable Alway on Display go to settings>personalization>Alway on Display, & here turn on its toggle. Below that, you’ll get different types of AOD designs. You can set custom patterns, text & images & different watches as your AOD. From here you can also set your Omoji on the AOD.

3. Canvas

In the AOD settings, if you go to personalized then you’ll get the portrait silhouette option. The portrait silhouette is nothing but a Canvas option for AOD. It will display the Canvas AOD on the lock screen, and once you unlock your phone, it will show a portrait picture and then jump to your home screen.

4. Edge Lighting

The other feature you got in the display personalization settings, is Edge Lighting. In this when you get a notification then the edge will light up. You can customize the different colors of Notification Lights in Realme GT Neo 3.

5. New Wallpapers

In Realme GT Neo 3 you will get new wallpapers with new Realme UI 3.0. For that, go to personalization settings & go to Wallpaper then here you’ll get the Static wallpapers option. In this, you’ll get the different types of new wallpapers by a scroll in the right direction.

6. Custom Wallpapers

In Realme GT Neo 3 you also get the option to make Custom Wallpapers. If you want to create Custom Wallpapers then go to settings>personalization>wallpapers>interactive wallpapers & here tap on the photo icon at the bottom right side & then select the photo from the gallery. Now tap simply tap checkmark & your phone will create different wallpapers using the colors of that photo.

7. Color palettes

Below the Quick settings, in the user interface, you get the option of Colors. Tap to open its settings, from here you can change things like which color you want to see in the toggle.

8. Icon Customize

To Customize the Icon style on your phone, again go to settings>personalization>icons. here you will get the default circular icons, you can change them to the Material style Icon pack and pabble style Icon pack. If you don’t like either of them then you also get the customize option below that.

9. Fingerprint Styles

Go to settigs>personalizations>fingerprint style, then from here, you can change the fingerprint animation style when you tap on the in-display fingerprint sensor.

10. Floating Windows

This mobile also supports Floating windows. To use this open any app & go to recent, here you will see all the apps that you opened recently. Now tap on the 3 dots & select the “Floating window” option. Now you can use that app in the floating window or you can also convert it into the mini window.

11. Quick launch

The quick launch is a feature to add a shortcut for the fingerprint sensors. To use this go to settings>special features>quick launch, and here you can add the shortcuts & apps you want. In the quick launch if you long press on the fingerprint sensor after unlocking then you can perform some action here.

12. GT Performance Mode

Another great feature you got in the GT series is “GT performance mode”. You can enable it from the control center. This will work as a performance mode. So if you are playing a game or doing some heavy task then you can enable it for better performance.

13. Multi-screen Connect

In the control center, you’ll get an option of Multi-screen Connect. With the help of this, you can use your phone on your PC & you’ll be able to do the call & other phone-supported things on your PC too. So if you are a PC user then this feature will be pretty useful for you to manage your phone.

14. One hand mode

In the settings>System Settings you also get the “One-handed mode” option. Simply turn on its toggle to enable it. Now to use it, simply drag it down at the bottom middle side & your screen will shrink down to the bottom. This is pretty much similar to iOS’s one-hand mode.

15. Icon pull-down gesture

Nowadays the phone comes with a big screen which is good for consuming content buts it’s not convenient to use with one hand. So if you are on the home screen and not able to reach the top apps then you can enable this feature. For this long tap on the home screen & tap on the More option. And here tap on the Icon pull-down gesture option & turn on the toggle next to it. Now simply swipe toward the middle of the screen from the bottom right corner & your icon will reach the bottom.

16. Native video call

If you are using VoLTE enabled sim then you also get native video calling support on this phone. After dialing the number in the dialer box you can directly make a video call from here.

17. WiFi calling

Wi-Fi Calling is a service for smartphones providing the ability to make and receive phone calls over a Wi-Fi connection. To use this go to settings> sim card & mobile data>sim, & here you will see the wifi calling. Tap on the toggle to turn it on or off.

18. Heart rate measurement

In  Realme GT Neo 3 you can also do the Heart rate measurement with the fingerprint sensor. For that go to settings>Realme lab>Heart rate measurement & you just need to place your thumb on the fingerprint sensor & you’ll get your Heart rate on your screen. It’s not recommended If you’re using it for medical purposes for that use the original medical device.

19. Sleep Capsule

Another great feature you got on this phone is Sleep Capsule. If you enable this feature while you go on bad then it’ll block the different types of apps on your phone to prevent you from using them. It’ll help you with better sleep as a phone before bad cases many health problems.

20. Quick Return Bubble

If you go to settings>special features, you also get the “quick return” option. This is very helpful if you like to play games. When this feature is enabled & you minimize your game then it’ll be turned into a bubble form. & if you tap on this bubble then the game will open up on the full screen.

21. Smart Sidebar

In the special features, another option you got is the smart sidebar. By default it’s disabled but if you like to use the sidebar then you can turn on its toggle. Now you can add the different shortcuts in the sidebar. When you open that app by using the sidebar, it’ll open up in the floating window which is pretty cool.

22. Swipe Down For Notification

when you swipe down from the home screen then you’ll get the search bar option. If you don’t like it then you can change it to open notification & control center. For that, long tap on the home screen & go to more settings. Now tap on “Swipe down on home screen” & select the “Notification drawer” option.

23. Direct WiFi Tethering

In the Realme GT Neo 3, you also got the option of Direct WiFi Tethering. With the help of this feature WiFi and hotspot work together. You can share your wifi with other people when you don’t want to share passwords.

24. 4G+ carrier aggregation

Realme GT Neo 3 is a 5G phone but you get good connectivity for 4G. You got 4G+ carrier aggregation & in the test, we found that it supports 3 4G bands.

25. Media Output

In the “notification & status bar” settings you get an option for “Media output”. When you enable it then from the notification panel you can change the device you use to play media like a phone speaker or Bluetooth headphones.

26. Dual-channel accerlation

This is an amazing feature by which you can accelerate your internet speed by using your wifi & cellular data at the same time. To enable it, go to settings>wifi> Advanced settings>wifi assistant>dual channel acceleration, then here turn on the toggle next to Dual-channel acceleration. Although it’s not available for every app. Here you’ll get the list of supported apps.

27. Bright HDR video mode

If you go to settings>display & brightness then here you will get the option “Bright HDR video Mode”. Turn on its toggle to enable it. Now it’ll increase the brightness while you watch the HDR video as the HDR Videos have high contrast so you need high brightness to watch them.

28. Dolby Atmos

Within the sound & vibration settings, you also get the “Dolby Atmos” option. Realme GT Neo 3  smartphone will come with stereo speakers so you get here option to change the sound profile for the speakers. You can create different profiles for movies, gaming & music from here.

29. Show Battery percentage

If you go to settings>notification & status bar>status bar, then from here you can Show Battery percentage. In this, you get the option “Show battery percentage on status Bar”, tap on it & you can show the battery percentage inside the battery icon or outside the battery icon.

30. Show Network Speed

In the notification & status bar settings, below the “Show battery percentage on the status bar,” you will get the option “Real-time network speed”. Turn on its toggle & you’ll get the network speed in the status bar.

31. Notification History

In Realme GT Neo 3, you also get an option to save the notification history so if you dismiss your notification by mistake then form the history you can recheck them later. To enable it, go to settings>notification & status bar>more settings>notification history, here turn on its toggle. Now all your notification history will get saved here.

32. App Lock

If you want to lock your apps then you’ll get the option of that in the settings>privacy>App lock. Now enter your password & a list of apps will open up. Here turn on the toggle next to the app & it’ll lock that app for you. Now to open that you will need to type the password every time.

33. Hide the app

To hide the apps is also very simple. For that open, the privacy settings & you’ll Hide apps option next to the app lock option. Tap to open it &  Here you’ll be able to hide the apps from the App drawer.

34. Private Safe

Below the App lock, you’ll get the option of Private safe. Tap to open it & you’ll get the different options to hide your images & videos, audio, Documents, and Other files. So here you can keep everything safe.

35. App cloner

If you want to use the dual apps in Realme GT Neo 3 then you get the app cloner feature for that. To enable it, go to settings>apps>app cloner. This helps to run two versions of the same app. So if you are using WhatsApp then by using this you can make a clone of that & you’ll be able to use 2 WhatsApp on your device.

36. Assistive Ball

In the settings>system settings, you’ll get the option of the assistive ball. if you turn on the toggle next to the assistive ball then you’ll get a ball on your screen & you’ll be able to use it to create different shortcuts. like you can use it for Gesture operations, & if you use it for the tap menu, then you can use it for different shortcuts.

37. Screen Off Gesture

In the system settings, you also get gesture & motion support. In the screen-off gesture, you can use a feature like Draw an alphabet to perform a particular task, & control the music with screen-off gestures, etc. You can access it from settings>system settings>gesture & motion>screen-off gesture. You can also create your gestures from here.

38. Motion Gestures

In the settings>system settings>gesture & motion, you also get the motion gesture support in the Motions section. Here you got the gestures like “Raise to wake”, “Lift to ear to answer calls”, “Flip to mute incoming call” etc. You can turn on any option you want.

39. Scrolling screenshot

On this phone, you also get a scrolling screenshot option which is named a long screenshot. When you capture a normal screenshot then you’ll get a scroll option below that, just tap on it & your phone will start an automatic scroll, tap on the Done button when you want to stop it.

40. Virtual Ram Expansion

In this phone, you get Virtual Ram support by which you can expand the ram of your phone. For that go to settings>about device>RAM, now turn on the toggle next to RAM expansion. With this, in the 8GB variant, you can expand your RAM to 5GB.

41. Street mode

In the Realme GT Neo 3, you also get great features in the camera app. If you go to the camera app then you’ll get a street mode. In which you can select the camera lens you want to use & here you’ll also get some long exposure modes which are very helpful in street photography.  By long-tapping on the shutter button then you’ll get a mode control option that you can explore by yourself.

42. Bokeh Videos

In the camera app if you go to the Video section & here tap on the Bokeh icon at the bottom left corner then you’ll be able to capture Bokeh Videos. Here you can also customize the amount of bokeh you want in your video between the range of Strong & weak.

43. Dual View Video

In-camera app if you go to more than here you’ll get different types of modes. The Dual-view mode is helpful if you want to use the front camera & rear camera at the same time.

44. Film Mode

You also get the film mode option in the more. It helps you to capture cinematic videos. If you want to capture wide-angle video on Horigently then you can use this mode. In this, you’ll get pro mode enabled by default.

45.  Slo-Mo Videos

If we talk about slow-motion video then you can capture slow-motion video on this phone with the slow-motion mode. You can capture it in 720p resolution. Though this feature only works for the rear camera.

46. Portrait mode  styles

In the Portrait mode, you get a Variable depth effect, which allows you to customize the Bokeh effect. To use this go to portrait mode & tap on the icon you got at the top left corner, and after this, you can change the amount of bokeh in the background. Other than that you also get different types of bokeh styles.
